Most of us spend our lives searching for love, yet very few take the time to explore what love truly is. Swami Shrila Prem Paras invites us to begin this exploration, not as a philosophy or belief, but as a living experience that can be felt directly within ourselves.
Through meditation, music, awareness and presence, we begin to recognize a deeper dimension of our own being. A space of love, silence and aliveness that has always been there.
Our days begin with morning practices, followed by OSHO Active Meditations, mantra chanting, silent sitting and meditative awareness throughout the day. Together we explore the 112 doorways into meditation from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, discovering practical ways to bring meditation into everyday life.
