• My intention to book this Retreat is to experience Switzerland and to meditate

• I assure that I do not consume cigarettes nor did I in the last 5 years.

• I promise that during the Retreat I will follow to the instructions of the organizers & Retreat Leaders.

• I promise that I will not consume any alcohol or cigarettes during the Retreat

• I assure that I will exit Switzerland with the Departure flight. If I have any other travel plans I will communicate these to the Retreat organizers before the start of the Retreat in written format per Email.
